Format
This course will be delivered online over a six-week
period. Each module will take place on Monday evenings from
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM , running consecutively from
Monday 15 September to Monday 3 November . By booking this course, participants are registering for the full series of sessions and are expected to attend all six modules.

Faye McCrossan Vice President, Regulatory Consulting, Kroll Advisory (Ireland) Limited -Guest Speaker on Week 4 - Interacting with Competent Authoritie. Faye is a Vice President on the Regulatory Consulting team in Kroll Advisory (Ireland). Limited and has been active in the Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") area since 2015. Since joining Kroll, she has been appointed as Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer ("AMLCO") to a number of investment funds and entities domiciled in both Ireland and the Cayman Islands providing guidance and expertise on AML matters to the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Kroll in April 2023, Faye was employed by KB Associates where she was a Manager of the MLRO team and responsible for the Beneficial Ownership service offering. She has also held various roles with fund administrators where she managed day to day AML processes as well as overseeing remediation and ongoing monitoring projects.
Faye has gained an excellent knowledge and understanding of AML legislation through her experience working in operations and as a consultant
