Revenue have published updates to their guidance on MyEnquiries, the Revenue’s online contact facility, to include additional guidance on various topics such as: 

  • Customer Service Standards’ (Section 1.3).
  • Decommissioning of Secure eMail (Section 5)
  • Separate ‘Submitting and managing enquiries’ sections for Agents and Individuals (Sections 8 & 9).
  • Clients' Tax Reference Numbers will display in the Enquiries Record of ROS agents (Section 9.1, Fig 14).
  • New section ‘Facilities common to both agents and individuals’ (Section 10).
