The Authors
Catherine Corcoran, B.Soc.Sc. MCIPD, is a Partner and Head of RSM Ireland’s Management Consulting division. A graduate of University College Dublin and the National College of Ireland, she also holds a first-class honours diploma in corporate governance from the UCD Smurfit School of Business. Catherine is a human resources practitioner with over 30 years' experience in senior management and HR roles across a variety of sectors, including public service, retail and professional services.
Joanne Healy, B.A. (Hons), BL, is a barrister specialising in employment law and an accredited mediator. A former manager in RSM Ireland’s Forensic and Investigation
Services Unit, Joanne advised clients, ranging from public sector bodies to blue-chip multinationals, on employment law, conflict resolution and HR transformation and change
issues. Joanne is now Group Employee Relations Manager for the Bank of Ireland Group.
