The Author
Gerry Gallagher
B.Sc (Mgmt), MMII Grad, C. Dip A&F, MBS, D. (Governance), lectures in corporate strategy at the Institute of Technology, Tralee,at undergraduate level and on the Master of Business and the MBA programmes. He taught for a number
of years on the Final Admitting Examination programme of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Awarded his doctorate in governance by University College Dublin in 2017, Gerry provides consulting services in corporate governance and strategy for a wide range of
organisations. He is a former army officer with experience in operational units, Army Headquarters and on active service with the United Nations in Lebanon.
