Aoife works with companies to deliver the ‘How to Run Your Home Like a Business’ framework from keynote speaking to seminars to workshops to support their employees to achieve success in their work and home lives. She also works directly with individuals and partners together to implement the framework.

Sinead Crowley, Awaken Hub
Sinead Crowley is one of five Co-founders of Awaken Hub since June 2020. AwakenHub is the sole island of Ireland community for women founders with a mission to remove barriers to investment. Sinead has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in strategy, partnerships, innovation, pioneering, communications and socio-economic. Prior to founding Awaken Hub, Sinead was Head of Fundraising & Events at iCap (Immigrant Counselling & Psychotherapy) for 9 years, during her time at iCap she also spent her time Consulting as a strategist Advisor.

Sinead’s vast experience across her many roles, has given her the skills and experience to co-found Awaken Hub and bring it to the success it sees today. Her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed as this year she has been listed as one of the EU Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise 2023.

Peigín Crowley, GROUND Wellbeing
Founder Peigín Crowley has over 28 years of experience in the spa industry, a true wellness curator at heart, Peigin designs award-winning spa experiences and products with a strong focus on wellbeing for the most luxurious resort destinations in the world from The Rosewood, Six Senses, Four Seasons, Kempinski & Bulgari Hotels.

GROUND was born at the kitchen table in 2020, deep in lockdown. PeigÍn was unafraid to depart from traditional spa menus focused on beauty, pampering, and anti-aging, instead developing treatments and products that address anxiety, insomnia, hormone fluctuations, burnout, gut health & cancer care. Her mission is to encourage us all to slow down and connect inwards in order to achieve longevity through purposeful self-care and education.

Peigín lives in Cork with her husband Shane and their two daughters, Anna Louise and Bella. She spends her time working with her 'world class' team, growing and developing her brand and learning everyday.
Don’t miss the chance to connect with like-minded women and exchange ideas over wine and canapés!

This event is kindly sponsored by AIB and funded by Skillnet .
