Notice of a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal on 14 February 2023

Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10.30am on 14 February 2023 at Chartered Accountants House, 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2.

The hearing relates to an alleged breach of the Institute’s Code of Ethics for Members. The formal allegation will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
