Notice of a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal on 19 September 2023

Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10.30am on 19 September 2023 via online platform.

The hearing relates to alleged breaches of the Code of Ethics for Members. The formal allegation will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Please register with the Registrar to the Disciplinary Tribunal by emailing clerktodisciplinary@charteredaccountants.ie by no later than 9.30am on 15 September 2023 if you wish to be provided with access details to view the hearing remotely.
