Revenue Operations EMEA Manager - Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech)

Our client is a global technology MNC seeking a strategic addition to their Revenue Financial business partnering team.
This role features :
- Interaction with USA counterparts.
- Extensive interaction with Sales teams.
- Contract analysis and review
- Strong commecial acumen
- 80/90k + 15% circa + strong list of additional bens.

This EMEA based position on the Revenue Operations team will provide operational support across the quote to contract process. Largely this will involve detailed contract review, highlighting potential revenue recognition issues or challenging pricing, Ts & Cs, etc.

- Responsible for the Revenue Operations function for EMEA including management of regional Sales Operations team
- Provide leadership, guidance and professional development for regional team
- Demonstrated ability to manage via influence and development of cross business relationships to drive solution of complex business problems
- Key contact on complex and/or large consulting deals, escalations and questions around contracting issues and irregularities
- Fostering and leading a culture of process improvement identification and implementation
- Coordination of change management with the business and internal stakeholders
- Interact with Sales and Delivery leadership as appropriate to discern business positions on non-standard contracting issues
- Represent the OPs team as knowledge leader during new systems upgrades or implementations
- Manage content creation and delivery of sales and operations enablement on contract structure and financial components.
- Analysis and identification of process control gaps and formulation of recommendations on controls to close those gaps based on changing business strategies
- Bookings and revenue analysis and problem solving
- Ownership and maintenance of process documentation for quote to contract process

- Qualified ACA / FCA
- Several years experienvce in a services offering capacity would be ideal but not essential
- 4 or more years Sales, Legal, or Contract review experience preferred
- In depth knowledge of US GAAP Software Revenue Recognition as it applies to Tech Services
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate financial data into information for non-financial people
- Adept at advanced Excel concepts for use in data analysis
- Competence in Word, Power Point and Visio
- Previous use of ERP and Sales Opportunity management systems (SAP ...)
