About the Role
Located in their Dublin City Centre Office, the Temporary Head of Finance will lead a small team which has responsibility for Finance, Business Administration and HR topics for the largest customer supply chain management team in Europe. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the management team managing finance and compliance issues and partnering with the Managing Director to help to shape strategy for the business in Ireland.

The semi-conductor industry is a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are a team of 18 different nationalities with the focus of our Customer Logistics Management team on providing premium customer services to both internal and external partners.

The role’s responsibilities:
› Review of monthly reporting package before submission to Group
› Quarterly financial control, reporting and analysis
› Quarterly forecast preparation and submission
› Review of monthly payroll
› Set up of local tax control framework as part of the global roll out
› Liaison with tax and other regulatory bodies
› Liaison at group level on all relevant topics
› Export Control and Customs
› Data Protection
› Facilities Management
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a team member who has:
› Qualified Chartered Accountant
› at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting or controlling
› ideally experience as Head of Finance/CFO in a mid size legal entity within a corporate group
› A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize based on level of urgency
› A big picture mind-set while ensuring attention to detail at all times
› Strong management and organizational skills
› The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees at all levels and a variety of departments within the organization
› Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
