Johnny Sexton Keynote Speaker
  • Johnny Sexton is an accomplished professional rugby player and has emerged as one of the most influential and talented fly-halves of his generation.
  • Renowned for his exceptional skills, leadership qualities, and astute game management, he has left an indelible mark on the world of rugby.
  • Sexton's rugby journey began at a young age, with his passion for the sport evident from the outset. He honed his skills at St. Mary's College, where his talent quickly became apparent.

 

Sonya Lennon 
Sonya Lennon Keynote Speaker
  • Sonya Lennon is an entrepreneur, multi-award-winning social entrepreneur and equality advocate.
  • Sonya has over thirty years of experience in business as a thought leader and international speaker. 
  • She is a designer of her womenswear brand; Lennon Courtney, founded Work Equal and LIFT Ireland, and is a high-profile advocate for equitable workplaces.
Dearbhail McDonald 
Dearbhail McDonald MC
  • Award-winning journalist, author and broadcaster, Dearbhail McDonald, will host Johnny Sexton and Sonya Lennon for a fireside chat on Friday, 19 January, in the Convention Centre, Dublin.
  • A global Eisenhower Fellow, the former Group Business Editor of Independent News and Media has won a series of awards for her contribution to public affairs journalism including the 2021 Smurfit Business Journalism Outstanding Achievement Award and the Mary Cummins Award for Women of Outstanding Achievement in Media. 
  • A cofounder of the Equality Expert Group, Dearbhail’s 2019 documentary (‘Fertility Shock’, RTÉ) addressed the future of work, diverse workforces and the impact of fertility trends on economic growth.
