wish to explore their leadership identity, discuss issues unique to them such as
barriers to advancement and build skills in areas where they may feel uncomfortable and at a
disadvantage, such as self-promotion. Whether preparing for the next move, changing direction or re-igniting their career, the practical focus of this workshop means that every participant will leave with actionable insights.

Speaker Bio
Dawn
Leane is Founder & CEO of Leane Empower, where she supports ambitious women to navigate their working environment by challenging their thinking, conditioning and limiting beliefs. An experienced Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and Speaker, Dawn holds a Master of Business from UCC and qualifications in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour. Dawn is Chairperson of the Board of Sunbeam House Services, and past-President of Network Ireland Wicklow.
