Practice Link terms and conditions

The member will provide a description outlining the details of the sale of practice/block of fees; or a practice/block of fees they want to acquire; or if they want a merger. This information will be published in full on the advertisement. The Practice Consulting team will not edit or alter this information, so the onus is on the member to ensure it is correct and provides an appropriate level of detail. Do not include any identifying details in the description if you do not want them published.
There will be a charge of €200 plus VAT for the advertisement for six months. The fee must be paid in full prior to the advertisement being posted on the website. This fee is non-refundable and is not based on the success of the service for the member.
At the end of the initial six months, the firm will be able to extend the advertisement for a further six months, subject to a second fee payment.
The Practice Consulting team will forward all queries in relation to advertisements to the relevant member.
The Practice Consulting team will not engage any further with either side, unless specifically and separately requested by one of the parties to give advice on their situation.
We will not use your information for anything other than the purpose of advertising the sale of a practice/block of fees or an interest in buying a practice/block of fees.
