Exemption criteria - MSc International Accounting Practice

To claim exemptions from any part of CA Proficiency 1 (CAP1), candidates must achieve an overall minimum honours level of 2.ii or better and a mark of not less than 50% in the modules set out below.

Finance	AC6412 Financial Management & Business Ethics (Minimum mark of 50% required) AC6413 Corporate Finance (Minimum mark of 50% required)
Management Accounting	AC6400 Principles of Cost Management (Minimum mark of 50% required) AC6401 Advanced Managerial Accounting, Governance and Control in Organisations (Minimum mark of 50% required)
Financial Accounting	AC6402 Financial Reporting for Business Entities (Minimum mark of 50% required) AC6414 Consolidated Financial Statement (Minimum mark of 50% required)
Taxation	AC6410 Taxation (Minimum mark of 50% required) AC6411 Taxation II (Minimum mark of 50% required)

To claim an exemption in Law, candidates must achieve an overall minimum honours level of 2.ii or better and a mark of not less than 50% in the modules set out below. Law for Accountants must be passed before enrolment onto the FAE programme.
