Exemption criteria - BBS Global Business

To claim exemptions from any part of CA Proficiency 1 (CAP1), candidates must achieve a minimum of a 2.ii honours degree or better and have a clear pass, without compensation, in all the subjects of the degree with a mark of not less than 50% in key modules indicated below. Details of criteria are available from the college.

Taxation	BUU 33730 Taxation II BUU 33720 Taxation I (Average mark of 50% with not less than 40% in either paper required)
Law for Accountants	BUU 44660 Company & Business Law (Minimum mark of 50% required)
