About the Role
Our practice client is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Accountant to join our growing accountancy practice on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic, and client-focused environment.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, compliance, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
• Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all queries and requests are managed professionally and promptly.
2. Financial Accountancy
• Prepare financial statements for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
3. Taxation Services
• Manage the preparation and filing of income tax, and corporation tax returns.
• Provide expert tax advice and identify planning opportunities for clients.
4. Compliance and Advisory
• Ensure clients comply with UK tax and regulatory requirements. Company Secretarial Services and Company House returns.
• Deliver business and financial advisory services tailored to clients’ needs.

• Payroll/Bookkeeping

Key Requirements
Qualifications:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA).
Experience:
• 1+ years’ experience in an accountancy practice setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with the accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
