Currently seeking an experienced ACA / FCA for 6 months to bring new systems and processes up to speed .

This is a process revision and tidy up focus.
A few legacy systems, too much recorded on excel that needs to go on to ERP.
Role Summary:
The Finance Project Manager will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of new processes and system modules across the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within a growing nursing home group. This role will support process improvement, automation, and system configuration to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of new AP and AR system modules on Netsuite, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Review and document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows.
• Support configuration and testing of new system features, including invoice processing, payment runs, customer billing, and cash application.
• Work with finance and operational teams to ensure smooth data migration and process transition.
• Deliver training to users on new procedures.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in finance system implementation, preferably in AP and AR modules.
• Strong understanding of financial operations in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Experience in using Netsuite would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external providers.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and best practices in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
