  • Influence KPIs and markers of success that confirm the effective implementation of strategy at all levels of the organisation
  • Have a high level ability to recognise, measure, assess, analyse and manage business and operational risk
  • Able to fully interpret financial and non-financial KPIs to inform strategic planning and decisions
  • Understand organisational psychology behind the design and operation of business and performance management systems
  • Fully appreciate the links between financial management, organisation structure and its strategy
