Speaker Bio's

Ken Tyrrell -Ken is a Partner in PwC's restructuring team and most recently acted as Examiner to the Bradleys pharmacy chain which resulted in securing successful investment, saving 20 stores and 140 jobs. Since 2010, Ken has also delivered the examinership module on Chartered Accountant's Ireland's Diploma in Insolvency and presented on restructuring during the Institute's Diploma in Corporate Finance.

David Keary -David is a tax director in PWC's Entrepreneurial and Private Business group having joined the firm in 2017. Prior to this he worked in another large professional services firm specialising in corporate tax advisory and transaction taxes for over 10 years and was also a practising barrister at the Law Library.
