The aim of this programme is to provide a full day interactive workshop that provides a practical high level overview of people management activities. Following this session, participants will be able to bring back this knowledge into the workplace and apply it to everyday situations in their role as people managers. Format

This course will be delivered in via Zoom on Thursday 4 March 2021 from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place

This course is a must for all newly appointed managers with people management responsibilities. This is also relevant for aspiring managers as their next career step or succession move and can act as a refresher for in situ experienced more managers.

Course overview

This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format and will encompass a full day’s worth of learning. The online interactive live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and will be an engaging collaborative manner of learning.

Fiona Buckley

Fiona is a corporate trainer, Business Psychologist, keynote speaker and executive coach in the areas of Leadership, Work Behaviour and Interpersonal Skills. She has a MSc in Work Behaviour from DCU and is a Senior Associate faculty with the Irish Management Institute. Previously, Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being VP of Professional Services. Fiona has been delivering a range of programmes with Chartered Accountants for over eight years.
