Finance Director
This is a number 2 in the company role. - Retiring FD.
Head of Finance.
Reporting to the Managing Director
Responsible for the full financial management of the business.
Responsible for the financial and administrative teams.
Preparing monthly management accounts
Preparing annual financial accounts.
Preparing Budgets
Perform as the secretary of the business
Managing funds flow and working capital
Controlling costs is a critical part of the function. `
Approving and managing cost centres expenditure.
Preparing financial data for Management meetings and the sales teams highlighting variances from prepared budgets.
Liaising with banks re current and future facilities
Managing the motor fleet, purchase, service, retention and ultimately disposal
Negotiating all the insurance requirements of the business.
Controlling the IT demands of the business, software & hardware.
Managing the Payroll of the business
Review and propose commercial agreements for the business.
This is a hands on role, Involved with the day to day running of the business, managing personnel dealing with operational issues, and ensuring that the business values are upheld and adhered to.
You will be an FCA with relevant experience - Please bullet point out your specific experience on application .
IT acumen is a plus.
