Company Law financial reporting requirements
Company Law in Ireland and the UK requires directors of companies incorporated in the respective jurisdictions to prepare financial statements/accounts for the company which give a “true and fair view”.
There are differences between UK and Irish company law requirements governing financial reporting. Reporting entities would need to make reference to the relevant legal accounting requirements when preparing financial statements.
