Who should attend

This course is suitable for people considering retirement or those who are approaching actual retirement age. Ideally you should attend between 18 and 24 months before your actual retirement in order to allow you act upon some of the issues covered on the programme. The programme works equally well for people at all organisational levels and experience. Content will be covered in an interactive way; handbooks and workbooks form the programme collatoral; breakout sessions and self-reflection exercises, as well as peer learning, support and discussion are all part of the programmme.
