Recent decisions

In accordance with Chartered Accountants Ireland's publication policy recent decisions by Disciplinary Bodies or Regulatory Committees will be posted to this area of the website. The Publication Policy specifies that notice of the following must be published on this website.

• Findings and orders made by Disciplinary Tribunals;
• Findings and orders made by Appeal Tribunals;
• Findings and orders made by either the Quality Assurance Committee, the Quality Assurance Review Committee or the Quality Assurance Appeal Committee where an order has been made for the withdrawal of any certificate, registration, licence or authorisation.

The decisions are listed under Disciplinary Decisions and Regulatory Decisions tabs according to the year they were made.

All other findings and orders made (in addition to those detailed in this section) are included in the register of findings and orders.
