Who should attend?

This course is will interest members who are seeking to return to the workplace following a career break. It is relevant to both male and female members and is relevant no matter what level you were at previously and what level you now want to return to. All are welcome and will find it beneficial.

Course overview

The world of work is changing. It is becoming more virtual, diverse and dispersed, with an ever-greater need for confidence.  Often, when people have stepped out of the workforce for a period of time, they do not have the self-belief to take advantage of new and existing opportunities.  It takes some time to get back into the flow again and to reconnect with your strengths, capabilities and to rebuild your network.

This course is designed to encourage people returning to work to look to these opportunities with greater self-confidence.

  • Cultivate tools and techniques to help you thrive and flourish in your career
  • Understand what Emotional Intelligence is, and how it relates to our performance at work and career advancement.

All attendees will receive Pre-Read/Prework and have access to resources following the programme to enable you to embed new habits for success.
