Fiona is an independent corporate trainer, lecturer, keynote speaker and executive coach in the area of leadership, work behaviour and interpersonal skills. Before setting up her own training company, Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles over the last 15 years with her last position being VP of Professional Services and Sales Director for a US virtual tech company.
Fiona lectures at the IMI, DCU, Chartered Accountants Ireland on a number of programmes and also regularly delivers corporate training on a variety of topics. In addition, Fiona is also a regular keynote speaker, moderator, facilitator and executive coach. Fiona is also a trained improviser, stage performer and professional storyteller which adds to her unique teaching style which she brings to all her courses.
Fiona has appeared on national television and in national newspapers over the years discussing her views on a range of organisational areas. Academically, Fiona holds a Masters degree in work behaviour, a business degree and various other qualifications in coaching, training, employment law, mediation, alternative dispute resolution and personality testing (MBTI).

Brian is a strategy expert in the areas of strategic entrepreneurship and industry evolution. He holds a PhD from Trinity College and MComm, MBS and BComm from UCD. Brian works as a strategy advisor specialising in the areas of corporate innovation systems, business model development, industry analysis and business strategy.
Kingsley is a networking guru and an in-demand, brilliantly engaging speaker who has at last count spoken to over half a million people in 39 cities around the world. CEO of The Ireland Funds for 21 years, Kinglsey raised over a quarter of a billion dollars for worthy causes in Ireland. During this time he developed a powerful 4-step networking process of Research, Cultivation, Solicitation and Stewardship.
Eric is one of Ireland's leading business communication and corporate storytelling coaches. He works with individuals and businesses helping them craft and tell their story and get buy-in to their ideas. He is the author of "Persuade on Purpose: Create Presentations that Influence and Engage".
Pedro is Head of Leadership Development with AIB and Programme Director of the Diploma in Strategic HRM at the IMI as well as President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Ireland. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University and University College Dublin and is an author and motivational speaker and regular presenter at HR, coaching, change and business conferences and events.
Louise is an Executive Coach, trainer, mentor and non-executive director. She is a former Director of Strategy and Operations with Bank of Ireland Banking and an Associate of the IMI, supporting the Women in Leadership programme. A graduate of UCD and UCC, she is also an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Raomal is a veteran entrepreneur and a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards. He is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD and Smurfit Business School UCD, where he currently teaches and studies entrepreneurship, design thinking, innovation and the management of rapidly growing companies. He consults on innovation, design thinking and business modelling with large corporates.
