Format
This course will be delivered via Zoom on 16 May 2023 from 9.30am to 5.30pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.
This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format and encompass two, three-hour sessions. The online interactive live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and will be an engaging, collaborative manner of learning. This session will not be recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

Speaker bio
Fiona Buckley - Fiona is a corporate trainer, Business Psychologist, keynote speaker and executive coach in the areas of Leadership, Work Behaviour and Interpersonal Skills. She has a MSc in Work Behaviour from DCU and is a Senior Associate faculty with the Irish Management Institute. Previously, Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being VP of Professional Services. Fiona has been delivering a range of programmes with Chartered Accountants for over eight years.
