Karin has over 25 years experience in the recruitment and coaching space, 15 of these with Chartered Accountants Ireland
She is passionate about ensuring professionals meet their full potential and have fulfilling careers
Karin has a particular interest in supporting female professionals, including those returning to the workplace following a career break
Karin's mum is Dutch, and she therefore has always had an interest in overseas markets and cultures

Dave is himself a Chartered Accountant FCA member of the Institute
Dave has previously spent 10 years working as an IT professional, seven years working in global PLCs, 10 years in agency recruitment, and the past four of these with the Institute's Careers team
He is passionate about helping members with career decisions and guiding them with up-to-date market knowledge
He has a proven track record of successfully placing ACAs in new roles, from newly qualified up to C-suite level
