The Institute hereby places notice that:
Withdrawal of a member's Practising Certificate
The Quality Assurance Committee made an order to withdraw a member's Practising Certificate for non-compliance with the Public Practice Regulations. This order took effect on 24 October 2017. On this occasion, the Committee exercised its discretion not to include the name of the member in the publication.
Withdrawal of a firm's Audit Registration
The Quality Assurance Committee made an order to withdraw the Audit Registration of a firm for non-compliance with the Audit Regulations. This order took effect on 24 October 2017. On this occasion, the Committee exercised its discretion not to include the name of the firm in the publication.
Withdrawal of a firm's Investment Business Authorisation
The Quality Assurance Committee made an order to withdraw the Investment Business Authorisation of a firm for non-compliance with the Investment Business Regulations. This order took effect on 24 October 2017. On this occasion, the Committee exercised its discretion not to include the name of the firm in the publication.
