Important information before paying your subscription online
The EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) recently came into force and may change the way that your bank processes your payments.
Steps to making a payment
- Ensure you have your mobile phone to hand: you may need it to receive a verification code from your bank.
- You will be prompted at the payment summary page to update your email address and mobile number – essential information for smooth payment processing
- Your mobile number should:
- Correspond to the number held by your bank for your chosen payment card
- Include country code e.g. 353 or 44 – please do not use 00 or +
- Include prefix – this is the first 3 digits of your mobile phone number
- To "make payment", you will be directed to our third party payments provider Global Payments to complete the transaction.
- Your card provider may text you a verification code, which must be entered to the payment site to ensure successful payment.
If you'd like to learn more about our payments process, or if you experience any problems with your payment, please don't hesitate to request a callback - we are here to help.
